What Information I Collect

When you contact me or fill in a form: your name, email address, phone number, postcode, and the content of your message. This is collected through the contact forms on this website.
When you sign up to the campaign mailing list: your email address and, if provided, your name and postcode.
When you volunteer: your name, email address, phone number, postcode, and your areas of interest for volunteering.
When you browse this website: standard web server logs including your IP address, browser type, pages visited, and the date and time of your visit. This information is collected automatically and is not linked to your identity.
How I Use Your Information
Your personal information is used for the following purposes:
To respond to your enquiries: if you contact me through the website, I use your details to reply to your message. The legal basis for this is your consent (you chose to contact me) and my legitimate interest in engaging with constituents.
To send campaign updates: if you sign up to the mailing list, I will send you email updates about the campaign, my policy positions, and local events. You can unsubscribe at any time. The legal basis is your consent.
To coordinate volunteering: if you sign up to volunteer, I use your details to get in touch about campaign activities. The legal basis is your consent.

How Long I Keep Your Data
Contact form submissions are kept for 12 months after the date of submission, then deleted.
Mailing list subscribers are kept on the list until they unsubscribe. Once you unsubscribe, your data is deleted within 30 days.
Volunteer information is kept for the duration of the election campaign and deleted within 3 months after polling day (7 May 2026), unless you ask me to keep it for future contact.
Website server logs are retained for a maximum of 90 days.
